This swampy lake has some negative characteristics including a relentless barrage of mosquitoes and a good number of leaches at the edges of the lake. There are a good number of recreational activities to take advantage of in the area including Mt. Morrisey Cross Country Ski Trails , Tod Mountain Snowmobile Trails , Little Mcgillivray Lake Rec Site , Morrisey Lake East Rec Site and Sun Peaks Resort . Please use the site responsibly. As per the Forest Recreation Regulations ; Camping is limited to a maximum of 14 consecutive days per visit.
