This site may be free, but we couldn't confirm it. Check the official page before you go. Campground · Recreation Sites and Trails BC This site is located on a beautiful open beach on the eastern shores of Stony Lake. The gradually sloped beach makes for a good natural boat launch, and the beach also offers good opportunities for swimming. There is ample space for 3 camping parties, and the basic amenities of fire rings, tables and a pit toilet are provided. The lake offers good fishing opportunities for rainbow trout, kokanee and lake trout. Please note that set lines are not permitted in Stony Lake. Getting there: From Highway 97, turn onto the Naver Creek (700) Road at Dunkley Mill. Follow this road for approximately 58km and turn left onto the Willow-Stony Road. Follow this road and keep to the right when you reach a junction. Proceed along this road and this will be the third rec site you reach along the right side of the road.
